Each PDF download and online content purchased is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publicly perform, and/or transfer purchased product(s) to any third party.

All purchases made on this website are non-refundable. Because the products made available here are intangible, we cannot grant any request for a refund. In the case where a purchase error is made, please contact us at sally@fit-with-sally.com to discuss a resolution.

By placing an order with FIT WITH SALLY you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms & conditions (or, if under the age of 18, that you have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to accept these terms & conditions and place an order). These terms & conditions shall apply to all orders placed.

All payment information is handled by Stripe, and/or PayPal and your credit card information is not stored by FIT WITH SALLY. Please read the terms & conditions for Stripe and PayPal, as those sites are responsible for the transactions made. FIT WITH SALLY disclaims liability for any issues arising out of your use of Stripe and/or PayPal.


RETURN POLICY

As all of our products are digital, they are deemed “used” immediately upon purchase or download. This unfortunately means we have a strict no-refund policy.
